Honorable Mention

6:30 a.m. - Call from Kirsten as she's driving over the long bridge in Louisiana. Rode with Tony most of the night, until about 2 or 3 a.m. when some of Alabama's finest wanted to talk. She was going a smidge over in a construction zone, but only received honorable mention. Whew! Looks like she might be in Texas by about 2-ish this afternoon.

    She's here in San Antonio. Safe and sound.

    I think she's met all the dogs and is now gonna take a little nap.

    Thanks Larry - just got home from work and glad to hear she's going to sleep a little. Wish I could have hung out at your place for a couple days - thanks for the offer! Big 3-day meetings at work this week, so no time off. At home support system this go around....

    She's back on the road...2 hours sleep and gone.

    Maybe she doesn't like dogs after all...LOL.

    Naw- she loved the furry friend time...and the turkey sandwich! Said she enjoyed the visit with you and Louise and was happy for the rest. :)
